5-story Renaissance-revival residential building originally completed in 1902 as three separate row houses. Designed by Theodore E. Thomson, they were later joined internally, and the entrances to the outer two replaced by windows. The three grey-painted stone facades are almost identical otherwise, except that the projecting, bowed bay at the center extends up one floor higher. The two very similar houses to the east, by the same architect, were built at the same time.
The ground floor is rusticated and has a portico at each of the three sections. Only the center one remains an entrance, with a small stoop with iron handrails, and has wood-and-glass double-doors below a narrow transom. The other two have double-windows, and a single-window flanks each portico, with a sill and splayed keystone - except for the far west bay, has been converted to a gated service entrance atop a very small stoop. Each portico is formed by a pair of Corinthian columns fronting pilasters with matching capitals; they support entablatures with floral ornament and dentils. These, along with pairs of brackets, support the squared bases of the bowed, projecting bays above. The bases have trios of carved panels, with the center section of each projecting out slightly farther, and continue the line of dentils below, with the brackets at the ends.
Each of the projecting bays has three windows per floor, extending through the 3rd floor at the outer facades and through the 4th at the center. They have full surrounds, with decorative moldings at the 2nd floor that are topped by escutcheons, the upper halves of which overlay panels of feathered patterns. There are small panels of foliate ornament below the 3rd floor, and double cornices flanking foliate ornament across the tops of the 3rd floor ( and also the 4th floor at the center). The outer facade sections at the 4th floor have two bays of single-windows topped by cornices with rounded pediments and shells at the centers. The 5th floor has three bays of single-windows at each facade section, with simple surrounds and keystones. The facade is crowned by a trio of black metal roof cornices with brackets, dentils, and foliate friezes.
