Town One, Range One of the historic Western Reserve.
Poland was the first designated "town" of this section of territory
then managed by the state of Connecticut.
It was first incorporated in 1796.
Pristine examples of period architecture -- mainly Greek Revival and late Federal -- exist
throughout the picturesque community.
very walkable and worth a visit!
