Compound constructed from May 2014 to sometime in 2015, was already fully-built in early 2016. Construction all happened after the area was taken by Syrian rebel forces. Jabhat al-Nusra (now Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham) has controlled this area continuously since November 2, 2014: www.facebook.com/syriahroe/posts/605811436193865
