Charles E. Strang House

USA / New Jersey / West New York / West 21st Street, 207
 apartment building, advertising agency

4.5-story cooperative-apartment building originally completed in 1905 for Charles Stirling. It was converted in 1985 and houses 6 individual residences, with a commercial business at the ground floor (Regroup Group Messaging Services). The facade is clad in beige smooth-stucco, with three bays of single-windows (taller at the former parlor floor). The stoop has been replaced by a ground-level entrance on the right, with black wood-and-glass door down a step from the sidewalk, set in a simple stone surround. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with scrolled brackets, surmounted by a metal railing for the rooftop deck and set-back attic level.
