3-story Italianate townhouse completed in the 1860s. It is clad in white-painted brownstone, rusticated at the ground floor. A small, 3-step stoop on the left leads up to a recessed, paneled wooden double-door set in a segmental-arch. To the right is a short, segmental-arched double-window with a decorative wrought-iron grille below it. A similar iron fence encloses the small front yard.

The upper floors have two bays of narrow double-windows, with iron grilles below those on the 2nd floor. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and a patterned frieze. The building is now split into a two-family home.
