188-foot, 19-story mid-century modern residential building completed in 1960. Designed by Greenberg & Ames, it is clad in white brick. The ground floor is clad in black stone tiles along the avenue, where it has commercial space. The nine bays have plate-glass show-windows in the southern two, commercial entrance with metal-framed glass doors in the next two, and plate-glass in the rest, except for the north bay which has a metal service door. The upper floors on the east elevation have, from north to south, a triple-window, a 4-window bay, another triple-window, another 4-window bay, a double-window, two triple-windows, and a single-window bay; there are no openings at the south end of this facade. There is a shallow setback above the 14th floor at the five northern bays, with the southern of these having an angled wall on the 15th-16th floors.

The south facade on 38th Street has one storefront bay at the east end, with three metal vents next to it as the site slopes gently upward to the west. The western part is set farther back, and here the ground has sloped up sufficiently that the next level up is now the ground floor, with the main entrance in the 2nd bay from the recessed corner. It has glass double-doors set in a green marble surround, covered by a rounded, black canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk.

The upper floors have three window bays at the east section (with respectively 4, 5, and 4 windows), and the west section has (from east to west) a 4-window bay, a triple-window bay, another 4-window bay, a single-window bay, and a triple-window bay. The west end bay sets back above the 10th floor (topped by a solarium), and the neighboring single-window bay changes here to a triple-window up to the 15th floor, where there is another setback. On the east section, its western bay's corner cuts off to an angle at the 15th floor, with a setback on the next floor.

The building contains 175 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by D'Agostino grocery.
