7-story modernist residential building completed in 2018. Designed by Jeffrey Cole Architects, the building’s façade is detailed with subtle white porcelain stone tiles, dark-grey metal panels, and an exposed steel frame around the top two floors. The site was formerly occupied by a 2-story stable house that once had Beach Bum Tanning as a ground-floor tenant.

The lower two floors are slightly recessed between the beveled end piers, and feature the dark-grey metal paneling, separated into three bays. The 3rd-6th floors have three bays of double-windows in black metal framing, and the 7th floor has larger floor-to-ceiling windows, with a roof terrace on top partially enclosed by the steel structure and glass railings.
