7-story early-modern cooperative-apartment building completed in 1966. Designed by David Krauss, it is clad in red brick with bands of white brick between the window bays at each floor. The 1st floor is partially sunken, with an areaway behind an iron fence, split in the center by a few stone steps leading down to the main entrance. The glass double-doors and wide sidelights are set in a dark-grey granite surround. To either side there are two bays of double-windows, and there is a black metal service door at the west end.

The upper floors have five bays of double-windows in metal framing, with continuous stone sills. Air-conditioning vents are cut below each window, and a red metal fire escape runs down the facade, with full-width landings at each floor above the 2nd. A simple stone coping marks the roof line. The building contains 41 apartments.
