6-story modernist residential building originally completed as three 5-story tenements in 1890, designed by James W. Taylor. In 1971, they were combined with a new facade and a sixth floor added, designed by Yeshayahu Eshkar. The facade is clad in white brick above a dark-green marble ground floor lined with black metal-and-glass storefronts. The residential entrance is at the north end, with a glass double-door; each of the storefronts has a recessed glass door.

The upper floors are organized into six bays of windows in grey metal framing, with a wide pane next to a narrower pane. They are organized as pairs, with the narrow pane to the inside of each pair. A white metal fire escape runs down between pair, with the landings extending over to the narrow panes. There are lintel courses of red brick running across the windows at each floor, and air-conditioning vents cut below the large pane of each window. A simple stone coping caps the roof line.

The building contains 61 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Da Capo Espresso Bar, Sunloom clothing store, Couture Kids clothing store, M Salon, and Liana clothing store.
