Taltal Wind Farm is located in the Antofagasta Region of Chile, at km 1186 of the Pan-American Highway about 165 km south of the city of Antofagasta and 70 km northeast of the coastal town of Taltal. Commissioned in 2014, it consists of 33 Vestas V112/3000 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 99 MW.
