Building constructed in early 2006; restaurant relocated from 5580 W US-10 to this location and reopened around October 19, 2006. This is the second location after Manistee.

On December 6, 2006 around 5pm, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) services raided this restaurant, arresting three workers, all male for immigration violations, probably passport or visa fraud. The restaurant was temporarily closed for a few days after the raid.
