The former Bowers Harbor Inn, built in the 1920s as a summer retreat for Chicago lumber baron J. W. Stickney, is now a fine dining destination. There are no longer accommodations, but in addition to the excellent Mission Table restaurant, you can dine at the Jolly Pumpkin Restaurant, and the Northern United Brewing Company and Bonafide Winery are also located here.
