4-story Renaissance-revival/Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1880 as the easternmost of a row of 25 houses. Designed by Henry J. Hardenbergh for Edward S. Clark, it is the only remaining house in the row, although the apartment building in a matching style anchoring the east end also remains. The facade is clad in red brick above a limestone basement and parlor floor.

A steep stoop leads up to a recessed entrance with paneled wood-and-glass double-doors set under a round-arch. To the left is a round-arched window, and the basement has been converted to a small commercial space with a wood-and-glass door and sidelight. Both of the arches at the parlor floor have keystones. The one over the doorway has elongated brackets supporting a small balcony at the 2nd floor with wrought-iron railings; the window above is longer than the others. There are two bays of single-windows on the upper floors, each with a stone surround, and ornamental brickwork below. The roof line has square panels with red terra-cotta flower and medallions surmounted by corbels and dentils, and at the center is a gable consisting of a carved panel with a triangular pediment on top. The basement is occupied by Modern Martial Arts.
