2-story mercantile building originally completed as a rowhouse in 1884. The top floors were demolished and the lower section redeveloped into a commercial building in 1932. A new facade was constructed in 1973, designed by Abraham Sperling. It is clad in varied shades of brown glazed tiles, with a very large window openings dominating the 2nd floor; it is divided into six main sections of narrow windows, with a large sign board above. The ground floor has glass-and-metal double-doors at the center, with a display window on either side.
