6-story modernist/Neo-Georgian residential building completed in 1961. Designed by Stanley Rapaport, it is clad in reddish-brown brick. The end bays have tripartite windows, and the two middle bays have single-windows, all in white metal framing. The main entrance is in the 2nd bay from the east, up a couple of wide steps, with grey wooden-and-glass double-doors between white-painted fluted pilasters with a peaked pediment on top that is decorated by a colored, carved eagle. To the right is a commercial entrance with glass double-doors, atop a small stoop and covered by an awning. The end bays have white-painted wooden exterior shutters at the ground floor, with the west bay having a single plate-glass pane in place of the tripartite configuration of the rest. There are basement levels below both end bays, with a small storefront at the east, and a service entrance at the west, both enclosed by black iron fencing with gates. A green metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays above the ground floor. The ground-floor and basement storefronts are occupied by Camp Canine and Camp Feline pet boarding. The building contains 34 apartment units.
