5-story early-modern residential building completed in 1959 as a rebuild of two earlier 1885 & 1888 townhouses, joined and given a new facade, and converted into apartments. Designed by Daub & Daub, the facade is clad in beige brick, four bays wide. The main entrance is at the east, where the ground floor is clad in dark-grey stone, with glass-and-steel double-doors below a metal canopy. The other bays all have tripartite windows in metal framing, with air-conditioning vents below the left edges. The roof line has a brick parapet with three rows of small, indented rectangles, topped by a stone coping.
