6-story early-modern residential building completed in 1963. Designed by Quaring Dorian, it is clad in alternating bands of red and beige brick. The two middle bays have tripartite windows, and the end bays have single-windows, all in black metal framing. The red brick is at the level of the windows at each floor, with wide bands of beige brick in between floors (air-conditioning vents are cut in the beige brick bands below each window bay).

The ground floor has a double-window instead of a single-window at the west bay, and the next bay has the entrance, with glass double-doors entering into a small portico with another glass door behind. Metal grilles cover the ground-floor windows. A metal railing tops the roof line at the 5th floor, and there is a set-back penthouse floor that has two bays of large double-windows at the left, and a further-setback bay of double-windows at the right.
