6-story modernist residential building completed in 1966. Designed by Serge Klein, it is clad in variegated orange brick. The central of the three bays is recessed; it has a white metal-and-glass door at the left with a tripartite window to the right. At the ground floor this bay is edged in decorative wrought-iron. On the upper floors there are centered tripartite windows in aluminum framing at each bay. The west bay is recessed only at the ground floor. Each of the windows has an air-conditioning vent below it, and a grey metal fire escape runs down the center bay. The building contains 29 apartment units.
