Former space for real estate agencies A.T. Benson from April 1954 (originally located at 206 Franklin St.) until late 1958 (relocated to 932 E Ludington Ave. [house demolished around mid 1998]) and Great Northern Lakes & Lands, Inc. from around late 1973 (originally located at 94 S Pere Marquette Hwy. as Great Northern Holdings, Inc.) until around Spring 1985 is now a hair salon, opened around mid 1985. It is located between Villa Vista Motel and Viking Arms Inn.

This house became residential until around early 1954 (few months before the relocation of the real estate agency A.T. Benson from 206 Franklin St. to this location in April 1954) and from late 1958 (after the relocation of the real estate agency A.T. Benson to 932 E Ludington Ave.) until around mid 1973. At least three tenants have lived in this house during between the occupancy of real estate agencies.
