171-foot, 16-story modernist residential building completed in 2008. Designed by BKSK Architects, it is clad in beige brick, aluminum, and glass. The 2-story base is limestone, with the area around the main entrance at the right clad in warm orange tones of quartzite. The entry has a glass door and sidelight, slightly recessed, below a small glass canopy. To the left is a metal-and-glass storefront.

The rest of the facade is organized into three bays, with double-windows in the eastern two bays, and a glass-and-aluminum curtain wall at the west (in between the brick piers). The curtain wall has four window panes at each floor, with the eastern one indented and the others slightly projecting. There are spandrel panels of opaque light-green glass between the floors along the curtain wall section. Horizontal indentations in the brick piers arrange the floors into groups of two. The 14th floor is faced in limestone instead of brick, and all four panes of the curtain wall windows are recessed. A projecting metal cornice caps the main roof line. Above there is a duplex penthouse set back from the roof line and faced in white smooth-stucco.

The building contains 17 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Orange Theory Fitness.
