15-story mid-century modern university dormitory completed in 1974. Designed by De Young, Moscowitz & Rosenberg, it has a Rudolphian-style striated concrete facade, a contrast to its neighbor to the east or the sleek limestone buildings that were being constructed at the same time. The building is slightly set back from the sidewalk behind a privately owned public space with benches and a row of trees.

The front facade has three bays of double-windows that serve to visually divide it into four main sections. In between these bays, each section has two sets of double-windows that are either arranged next to each other in the middle of each section, or spaced far apart, next to the continuous bays, varying by floor. Each window has aluminum framing and a blue metal panel below it. The main entrance near the center of the ground floor has glass double-doors.

At the top five floors there are two pairs of projecting bays on either side of the center bay, and another single projecting bay to either side, alternating with non-projecting bays. The projecting bays are supported by concrete brackets at the 10th floor, and each projecting section is edged by a concrete frame. The windows in the non-projecting bays at the 11th-15th floors are wider, with two sets of double-windows paired together.

The dormitory houses 425 students.
