144-foot, 13-story Neo-Gothic cooperative-apartment building completed in 1915. Designed by Buchman & Fox, it is clad in white terra-cotta above a 2-story stone base. There is a central entrance with a glass door, and a small glass-and-metal storefront on either side. The entry is covered by a flat metal canopy. The 2nd floor has two triple-windows framed by very thin, white terra-cotta pilasters with decorative moldings across the top.

The upper floors of the narrow facade have six single-windows divided by more narrow pilasters. The spandrels between floors display a wealth of Gothic ornament, including arches, shields, and rosettes, varying by floor. The end piers are slightly concave and are also ornamented; at the top floor they have angled, projecting pilasters, and there are short, angled caps to each pilaster across the top of the 13th floor.

The building was converted to a co-op in 1985, with 42 apartments. The ground floor is occupied by a small convenience store, and Elegant Barber Shop.
