10-story Renaissance-revival/Romanesque-revival cooperative-apartment building completed in 1926. Designed by George F. Pelham, it is clad in ironspot red brick with a tall, white-painted stone water table at the base. The central main entrance has a glass door and sidelight framed by a painted stone molding topped by a frieze with foliate ornament around a carved fruit bowl, in turn surmounted by a dentiled cornice and cartouche. The doors are covered by a rounded, dark-red canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. To either side there are two single-windows and end bays with double-windows. There are low basement windows at the sidewalk level below the four single-windows, and at the west end is a small metal basement door.

The 2nd floor is underlined by a stone string course, interrupted by the central cornice at the entry. At the 2nd-3rd floor the six bays have thin, double-height stone surrounds around double-windows, round-arched at the tops. There are simple stone spandrels between the floors at each bay. The floors above all have double-windows with black iron mullions, stone sills, and brick lintels. The 9th floor is set off by a string course and has a scalloped brick roof parapet. A set-back penthouse occupies the roof.

There are light wells at the center of both side elevations, which are also clad in red brick. The building was converted to a co-op in 1986, with 56 apartments.
