5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1893, along with three other adjoining rowhouses. Designed by George F. Pelham, each shares common architectural forms, but are varied in appearance. This facade is clad in natural brownstone, with a high stoop on the left leading up to a parlor-floor entrance. The stoop has iron handrails and an iron fence fronts the property. The ground-level basement floor has rough-faced banding and a bay of paired windows with iron grilles.
The entrance at the parlor floor has black paneled wooden double-doors and a transom set in a shallow arch. To the right is a double-window with iron grille and transom set under a wider, flatter arch. There are projecting, carved band courses just below the transoms, and splayed, rough-faced stone blocks surrounding the arches, both of which have keystones. At the next floor there is a central projecting bay, curved at the ends, springing from a rounded base whose underside is adorned with elaborate carved foliate designs. The bay has three windows, the end ones angled, and is topped by an ornamented band course; a thin iron railing fronts the small terrace created by the protruding bay.
The top two floors have two bays of single-windows framed by rough-faced quoins. There are paired string courses between these two floors, with paneled spandrels at the window bays. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with modillions, dentils, and a frieze with swags.
