5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1893, along with three other adjoining rowhouses. Designed by George F. Pelham, each shares common architectural forms, but are varied in appearance. This facade is clad in grey-painted brownstone, and the original stoop has been removed and replaced by a ground-level entrance with a white wooden door. There are two windows to the right, with iron grilles. Around the door and windows are rough-faced stone keys.

The 2nd floor has thin, rough-faced banding and three tall single-windows. The 3rd-4th floors have a projecting bay with angled sides at the east part of the facade; it has three windows separated by fluted pilasters with stylized capitals, and springs from a rounded base with decorative carving on its underside. Between these two floors, at the projecting bay, there are spandrel panels with elaborate designs. The western bay has a single-window at both floors, with stone surrounds; the 3rd-floor window is topped by a small dentiled cornice, and the 4th-floor window is topped by a swagged panel. The projecting bay ends at the top of the 4th floor with a dentiled cornice and blocky balusters fronting the small terrace at the top floor. The 5th floor has another single-window with stone surround at the west bay, and glass doors opening onto the terrace at the east. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with modillions, dentils, a freize with swags, and console brackets at the ends.
