5-story modernist residential building originally completed in 1893 at the same time as the three neighboring rowhouses to the west. All were designed by George F. Pelham, but only this one has been completely remodeled with a new facade, extended slightly forward to the building line in 1950. The new facade was designed by Samuel Roth, and is clad in beige brick. A ground-floor entrance on the left replaces the original stoop, with a black wood-and-glass door down a few steps from the sidewalk. There are two windows to the right, set higher up on the ground floor.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with brick sills, and a simple stone coping caps the roof line.
