5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed as a rowhouse in 1894. Designed by George F. Pelham, it is clad in brownstone, lightly rusticated on the lower two floors. It originally had a stoop with a parlor-floor entrance, but this was replaced by an entrance at the former basement, set down a couple steps at the west end. It has a glass-and-metal door and sidelight below a green canvas clamshell canopy, and there are two windows to the right with iron grilles. The 2nd floor has three single-windows, while the 3rd has a projecting bay with rounded corners, also containing three windows. The top of the projecting bay is capped by a dentil course. The top two floors both have three windows, with full surrounds and paneled pilasters between the windows at the 4th floor, and eared lintels with carved rosettes at the 5th floor. The facade is topped by a black metal roof cornice with modillions and dentils.
