11-story modernist residential building completed in 1986. Designed by Seymour Churgin, it is clad in brown brick, six bays wide. At the ground floor the west bay has a recessed storefront entrance with a glass door; a plate-glass window to the right of the entrance angles back to the door, and is set behind a salmon-colored stone column. To the east is a 2-bay opening that has glass infill at its east half, and the main building entrance at the west half, also set back and mirroring the west end bay, with an angled section behind a column. The entrance has glass-and-metal double-doors. At the east half of the ground floor is a 2-bay section of storefront windows, and the east end bay has a storefront entrance with a glass-and-metal door.
On the upper floors the end bays and the bay next to the west end bay have tripartite windows; the other three bays have narrower tripartite windows. All the windows have brown aluminum framing and short lower panes, most also having metal vents. The 3rd bay from the east has no opening at the 10th floor, and the bay next to the west end bay has narrower tripartite openings at the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, & 10th floors. The end bays have projecting bay windows with metal spandrels, beginning at the 6th floor at the east end bay, and at the 3rd floor at the west end bay; both are topped by sloped metal roofs at the 10th floor.
There is a setback above the 10th floor to the penthouse level, which has a wide opening at the east end, and three bays of double-windows at the west. The terrace in front has a metal railing. The west elevation has no openings, while the front edge of the east facade has double-windows at the 7th & 9th floors, and wider triple-windows at the 8th & 10th, and one more set farther back at the 11th floor. There are more triple-windows at the rear of this elevation, as well as one double-window. There is a mix of single- and double-windows at the center of the east elevation.
The building contains 45 apartment units.
