5-story modernist residential building originally completed as three separate rowhouses in the 1880s. They were first combined into one apartment building in 1926, and given a new facade in 1960, designed by Morris Brody. The facade is clad in white brick. The upper floors have three bays each with a band of four windows in aluminum framing; the piers between have bright-colored glazed brick of blue, yellow, or red.

The ground floor has a glass-and-metal door with two sidelights below a small, peaked metal canopy. To the west is a band of four windows (with the westernmost pane shorter to accommodate a vent below), and to the east are two bays of three windows (with one end pane in each also shorter to accommodate a vent). The east end has a black metal service door. The building contains 30 apartment units.
