The 22,400 square-foot building was originally built in 1960 and had been vacant for over 30 years after housing the local FBI field office. Guidon Design redesigned the space in 2018 for $2.6 million. In 2019, the office building became the first in Indiana to reach v4 Platinum, the highest certification possible from the newest iteration of LEED, the world's most widely used "green" building rating system.
