6-story residential building completed in 1906 as a tenement. Designed by M.V.B. Ferdon, it is clad in red brick above a ground floor lined with bronze-colored metal-and-glass storefronts. The main entrance is at the center of the north facade on 67th Street, with a glass door and sidelight atop two steps that are flanked by stone side walls topped by planters. The entry is framed by white-painted, paneled stone pilasters; at the top, oversized console brackets with hanging swags support a modillioned cornice. There is also a small cartouche topping the segmental-arch above the doors. There is a small 1-story extension of the storefronts at the east end.
The upper floors on the north facade have seven bays, with paired windows at the east end, two of the middle bays, and the 2nd bay from the west; the others have single-windows. The 2nd floor is lightly banded, and the windows here have splayed stone lintels with keystones. The 3rd floor is set off by a stone band course, and has splayed lintels on the single-window bays, and flat lintels on the paired windows. The 4th floor has splayed lintels on every window, and the 5th floor as round-arched windows with keystones in the paired-window bay, and square-headed windows with keystones in the single-window bays. The edges of the facade are lined with brick quoins up through the 5th floor. The top floor is set off by a projecting band course and has square-headed windows topped by a continuous lintel course. There is a small metal railing at the roof line.
The west facade on the avenue has five bays of single-windows, the center one being slightly narrower. The ornament matches that on the north facade. There is a black metal fire escape running down the 2nd bay from the south, and another on the north facade, above the entrance.
The east elevation is faced in beige smooth-stucco, lighter at the front. The front edge has a bay of single-windows. Closer to the middle is another bay of single-windows next to small bathroom windows, and at the south end are three single-windows, the southernmost two slightly narrower, with another fire escape over them.
The ground floor is occupied by Foot Lights Shoe Repair, Old John's Luncheonette, 67 Cleaners, and Wok City restaurant.
