6-story residential building completed in 1926. It is clad in red brick with limestone trim. The entrance is slightly offset to the left, down two steps from the sidewalk, with glass double-doors and sidelights with a limestone surrounds. There are areaways on either side behind low red-brick walls with planters and metal railings on top. Behind the areaways there is a tripartite window at the east, and a wide bay with two tripartite windows at the west, with a limestone lintel running all the way across these windows. The edges of the facade have stone keys. The 2nd floor has two wide bays, both with two tripartite windows, and a broad stone lintel above.

The upper floors have eight bays of single-windows with keyed surrounds and a lintel course that is segmental arched above each window, except at the top floor where they are flat. Air-conditioning vents are cut below the stone sill course at the two middle windows and the end bays. A pair of dark-grey metal fire escapes run down the facades, which is topped by a brick roof parapet and metal coping.

The west elevation is clad in tan brick. A very shallow light well toward the rear has two bays of small bathroom windows.
