5-story Italianate residential building completed in sometime around 1890. It is faced in beige stone, three bays wide. A small stoop at the west end leads up to the main entrance, with a recessed glass door set in a grey granite frame. To the right are two tall, round-arched windows, with basement windows below them. A metal fence encloses the basement areaway.

At the upper floors the west bay projects slightly forward, and each floor has three square-headed windows. There are paired string courses between the 2nd & 3rd and 3rd & 4th floors, and projecting, hooded lintels on the windows of the 3rd & 4th floors. The 5th floor is set off by a cornice, and has round-arched windows. The facade is topped by a red-brick roof parapet. The west elevation is faced in parged tan brick.
