 condominium, Modern (architecture), futuro house

775-foot, 52-story Futurist residential building completed in 2024 on the former site of the Lighthouse Guild which had been built in the 1970's. Designed by Snøhetta and SLCE, the new tower is clad in limestone, bronze, and glass, with a slender tower rising from a 15-story base. The main residential entrance is recessed at an angle, and there is a separate entrance for the synagogue that is integrated into the base. The lower two floors are predominantly limestone, with rows of narrow windows between stone mullions above. The design is achieved through a series of sculptural excavations at the top of the base; as the building rises, its bulk is carved away, splitting the tower volume into two.

The entire 16th floor will be dedicated to additional resident amenities centered around a beautiful landscaped terrace with an outdoor pool, spa and fire pit. This stepped, planted outdoor space actually slopes downward at its eastern end, with an elegant stairway ascending back up to the level of the enclosed spaces. The 16th floor is completely surrounded by a glass curtain wall, and the tower rising above flares out slightly with an upward angle at the west, and chamfered corners at the southeast and northwest. Except for at the bottom and top parts of the tower section, which have cladding of bronze panels, these corners have recessed balconies, growing slightly larger near the top where the chamfered corner flares open. This zipper of loggias runs the full length of the upper volume, visually connecting the body to its slanted and chiselled crown, rising to a point at the southeast.

The building contains 127 condominium units.
