This is a conventional diamond interchange between Interstate 77 and Secondary Route 606 (Wilderness Road) near South Gap, Virginia. It is just east of U.S. Route 52 (North Scenic Highway). Wolf Creek passes underneath the interchange, then runs down the median of Interstate 77 for nearly 1.5 miles north through Rocky Gap. The interchange was constructed around 1974 and has not been significantly modified since.
