This is a compressed diamond interchange between Interstate 77 and Secondary Route 620 (Coulson Church Road) in Carroll County, Virginia northwest of Five Forks. Route 620 is multi-lane with a median through the interchange, with growth planned for Wildwood Commerce Park to the north.

The interchange was first constructed around 1977 along with Interstate 77 and has not been significantly modified since.
