This is a compressed diamond interchange between Interstate 77 and Virginia Route 148 / Secondary Route 775 (Chances Creek Road) near Fancy Gap, Virginia. It is the primary access for the Blue Ridge Parkway from Interstate 77, since the two have no interchange where they intersect 1.5 miles to the south. The interchange was constructed in 1976 and has not been significantly modified since.
