Pine Tree Wind Farm located in Kern County, California, about 48 miles east of central Bakersfield and 38 miles north of Lancaster. Commissioned in two phases (2009 and 2010), it consists of 80 GE Energy 1.5sl (phase 1) and 10 GE 1.5sle (phase 2) wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 135 MW.
