5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1887. It is clad in brownstone, painted a dark-brown color, and rough-faced on the ground floor and basement level. A small stoop leads up to the central entrance with a paneled wood door with an oval window, as well as a narrow sidelight and a transom on top. The stoop has black iron handrails and fencing extends around the areaways on either side. Two pilasters on paneled bases, with brackets supporting a cornice, frame the doorway. To either side is a large window with a full stone surround and iron grilles, and below these are basement windows.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with full stone surrounds, including bracketed sills and cornices. A black metal fire escape runs down the east two bays, and another is shared by the matching, neighboring building on the west, covering the end bay. The facade is topped by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and modillions.
