Grand Meadow Wind Farm is located in southeastern Minnesota. Stretching about 5 miles north-to-south and 3 miles east-to-west it sits south of the Wapsipinicon and northwest of the Prairie Star wind farms, entirely east of Interstate 90 and centered about 5 miles west of the town of Grand Meadow. Commissioned in 2008, it consists of 67 GE Energy 1.5sle wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 100.5 MW.
