The TGS CedarPort Greenbelt is a roughly 1000 foot wide strip of land running along the east and southern sides of the Industrial Park designated as undevelopable dedicated green space to create a buffer between distribution-industrial properties in the industrial park and residential properties in neighboring Beach City. The greenbelt also includes projects like the TGS CedarPort Wetlands Mitigation Area within its boundaries.
