246-foot, 26-story modernist hotel completed in 2017. Designed by Stonehill & Taylor, it is clad in silvery grey aluminum and glass. The 5-story base has a glass curtain wall divided into five large bays on each floor, with a border of thin, horizontal corrugated metal panels, enclosing an atrium. The windows are set back slightly within each bay and divided by aluminum framing. Each bay is further subdivided into a larger central pane with smaller panes to the left, right, top, and bottom. At the ground floor the outer two bays have entrances with revolving and traditional glass doors. A green-glass canopy with a web of crossed suspended wires covers all five bays. At the ends of the ground floor the cladding is dark-grey tile, with steel service doors.

The upper floors are set back above the base, and organized into seven bays of windows between aluminum-clad piers. Each bay has a narrow side pane, and a larger pane divided by small, horizontal framing members. There is a smaller setback above the 21st floor. Besides the lobby, the ground floor is occupied by Burgerology restaurant and bar. The hotel contains 251 guest rooms.
