Residence built c. 1920 in the Spanish Renaissance style for Arthur Williams {capitalist, financier}. Williams served as a vice-president for New York Edison Co. and Yonkers Light & Power Co. He also served as the president of the New York Edison Savings & Loan Association and a director of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Williams had lived prior at "Greenridge" nearby.

The home was later turned into an event venue known as the Swan Club where it has been extensively renovated.
