This large, mid-Century modern house (1958) was the residence of noted wildlife artist James Meger and his wife, Laurene. He died of cancer at age 69 in 2011. The property was put up for sale as a teardown opportunity in 2015 for $2,450,000; later reduced to $1,999,000 in 2017.
