The Ralph Rapson Vacation House, aka "Glass Cube" (1974) is a notable modern work by Ralph Rapson (1914-2008), built as his own family's cabin away from the Twin Cities. Freed from client requirement, Rapson went bold with 360-degree views of the surrounding landscape, in a house featuring glass walls and suspended floors that reinforce the feeling of floating in the landscape. As of 2017 it is still owned by the Rapson Family Trust. Rapson purchased the 40-acre property in 1972.

The properties in this rural area are squares, Polk County GIS provided the borders.
