Modern architecture designed by Lars Peterssen, AIA, Gabriel Keller, Assoc. AIA, et al of Peterssen/Keller Architecture; landscape by Travis Van Liere Studio. The client bought the property in 2007, then a fire destroyed the house. They opted to make the new house a bold modern house that takes advantage of lake views in every direction. The new home, built in 2012, has as an aperture for viewing the lake and surrounding woods, it has a second floor bridge over an open framing device. This home appeared on the 2013 AIA Homes By Architects Tour, the September issue of Architecture Minnesota, and was featured on the cover and in an "Architecture Meets Fashion" spread in the September/October issue of Midwest Home. This project was also honored with a second place finish in the kitchen category of the RAVE Awards.

Owned by Dr. Prateek Sahgal, M.D., Director of Interventional Radiology at Hennepin County Medical Center.
