Notes: The tiny public library in the center of Norman Town Square was built in 1935. Diamond-shaped flowerbeds were added in each of the four quarters of the park in 1937, and in 1940, the stone and concrete wall surrounding the square was built with the assistance from the Works Progress Administration (WPA).
