200 acre estate of Ruth Robinson Donnell who was the granddaughter of Cornelius H. Delamater (Iron Works Titan). Estate consisted of an 80 acre golf course, 18,000 sq ft mansion with lawns extending to Duck Island Harbor & Northport Bay, private swimming beach, carriage house, superintendent's house, and workman's quarters. Mansion was designed by Ruth's husband, noted architect H.E. Donnell.
