3-story warehouse completed in 1940. Designed by Van F. Pruitt as a garage, the main building is at the west end of the block. clad in orange brick. A lower section clad in blue brick alternating with bays of metal louvers wraps around a parking and loading area on 42nd Street.
The orange brick building at the west end has seven bays along 11th Avenue, three bays on 41st Street, and four bays on 42nd Street. The west facade on the avenue has a storefront in the northern bay. The next bay to the south is filled with brown brick with a metal service door, then the next two bays have roll-down metal gates, before the south three bays also have brown brick infill, one with another metal service door. Each on the upper floors has three windows between the slightly-projecting piers, which rise slightly above the roof line, capped by stone coping.
On the north facade, the storefront continues in the western bay. The wider bay to the east is half-filled by a roll-down metal gate, and half by brown brick infill. The next bay has a roll-down metal gate and metal service door, and the eastern bay has a glass-and-metal double-door on the east side, and a field of brick on the west side, with a pattern of protruding bricks. Each of the bays have three windows on the upper floors, except for the wider bay, which has five.
The south facade on 41st has brown brick infill with metal louvers at the top in the west bay, a metal roll-down gate in the middle bay, and two smaller metal roll-down gates in the east bay. There are three windows in each bay at the upper floors, with narrow projecting bays between each main bay; the western of these has a narrow single-window on both floors, and the eastern one has a vertical band of brown brick. A brick bulkhead rises up from the east end of the roof.
The lower blue brick section stretches along most of the rest of the block. On its south facade, three of the bays have metal roll-down gates framed in stainless steel, two of them also with small service doors. The top floor is faced in white corrugated aluminum.
