144-foot, 13-story extended-stay hotel building completed in 1988. It is clad in tan brick, with reddish-orange brick on the lower two floors and a vertical band running near the center of the north facade. The north and south facades are six bays wide, with the shorter east facade having two bays of small windows. The main entrance is in the 2nd bay from the east on the ground floor; a concrete walkway bridge spans from the sidewalk to the entrance, crossing the deep areaway in front of the building that exposes the basement level. The areaway is surrounded by white metal fencing, and has a pair of staircases down to the basement level. The other five bays at the ground floor have large show-windows (excepting the bay to the right of the entrance, which is narrower than the others).
At the upper floors the narrow bay (clad in reddish-orange brick) has single-windows, and ends in a mechanical penthouse that rises above the roof line. To the right of the windows is a curving vertical band of black stone square panels snaking its way back and forth up the facade. The other bays have either double-windows or a window-and-door combination opening onto small, projecting, concrete balconies with black metal railings. These alternate every other floor, and are staggered at adjoining bays. Below the double-windows are metal air-conditioning vents.
The south facade has six evenly-spaced bays, with the same alternating pattern of double-windows and balconies. There are also small bathroom windows at some floors, between the two middle bays and between the outer bays. The building contains 114 guest rooms.
